Strategic Talent Overhaul for a DTC Performance Agency

CHALLENGE

An eCommerce DTC performance agency, aiming to double its revenue from $10M to $20M and position for an exit, needed a complete talent evaluation and rehaul.

APPROACH

The agency had struggled the previous year and sought to tighten up financials, increase revenue channels, and prepare for a transaction. We identified a VP of Lifecycle to launch a new department, hired a Head of Paid Social to optimize social media spend, and brought on multiple growth strategists with financial expertise and creative operations experience. After targeting top candidates, we presented a shortlist, and the client hired a VP with experience scaling 8-11 figure brands.

OUTCOME

The new department launched, driving significant revenue growth. After extensive research, we also secured a Head of Paid Social from a larger competitor, further optimizing the client's performance and positioning them for their planned exit.
