Health & Wellness Brand Incubator
A bootstrapped direct response supplement incubator, generating $30M in revenue, needed to revamp its paid media and lifecycle departments, with the possibility of adding a COO to help scale operations.
We conducted a national search for a Head of Acquisition and Director of Lifecycle, identifying candidates with strong experience in direct response advertising and managing multiple product categories. Additionally, we ran a COO search and presented the client with three highly qualified candidates. The client opted to consult with one of the finalists and paused the full COO hire.
